If cancelled | Refund Policy |
More than 30 days prior | 50% amount refund |
Less than 30 days prior | Credit note of 50% amount issued to be used within 12 months on any of our trip. |
Less than 2 calendar weeks prior | No Refund |
From our end due to force majeure event, for example Nepal earthquake in April 2015 | No Refund |
From our end due to any other reason other than Force Majeure | Full Refund |
Note: If you sign up for any trip with Travel Slow, it is deemed to be understood that you have read and agreed to our Trip cancellation policy.
Basis of cancellation policy:
- We organize only a limited number of group trips in a year.
- We work with locals directly that manage homestays, etc in the hills or remote locations. Cancellations directly affect their only source of income.
- The number of participants on a particular trip is restricted and once the seats are full no more people are signed up.
